Hello Team,

Below are the logistics for the upcoming 1st grade field trip. Once permissions slips are turned in, the office will create groups assigned to each staff member and chaperone (office staff working on confirming parent volunteers from our volunteers list as we speak).

Staff Attending: Steve, Tanja, Carmela Mary, Karina, Emily 

Jenny - Remain on campus with 1st graders who do no attend the field trip

Parent Chaperones (TBD- Being confirmed by office)

Field Trip Logistics

Leave Campus: 8:15am

Arrive to Zoo: Approx. 10:30am

Lunch: 10:30am (or when arrive to DC - sack lunch provided)

Museum Exploration: 11:00am - 2:00pm

Return to Bus: 2:10pm

Leave Venue/Return to Campus 2:15pm

Return to Campus:  Approx. 4:00pm - 4:30pm
