Frinett Avila

I am passionate about being a nurse, as it has always been my calling to care for others. I have been a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for 12 years, with over four years of experience as a compliance school nurse at Real Journey Academies (RJA). Prior to this, I had the privilege of working with children with disabilities who required specialized nursing care. My journey in healthcare has been both fulfilling and inspiring, and I am dedicated to continuing my professional development to better serve those I care for.

 

I am driven by the desire to keep learning and growing. I find motivation in the words of Maya Angelou: “Do the best you can until you know better. Then, when you know better, do better.” This quote reminds me to continuously evolve and strive for excellence in everything I do. I also enjoy staying active and finding new ways to connect with my community.

 

At RJA, I am truly honored to be part of this exceptional charter school, where a shared commitment to supporting and uplifting every student drives our collective efforts. I deeply value the opportunity to contribute to shaping the futures of these young individuals and supporting their journey to success. Our passionate and dedicated team works relentlessly to foster an environment where students feel nurtured and empowered. I am excited to continue playing a role in advancing the RJA mission, helping our students not only thrive but also realize their fullest potential.
