Oscar Valenzuela

I have 30 years + experience working with food manufacturers such as Dolly Madison, Sara Lee, Ralph's Commercial Baking, Arysta Foods, and Nestle Handheld Foods. I am certified with the following entities: American Institute of Baking (A.I.B.), Certified Quality Assurance Sanitarian, H.A.C.C.P., HAZ-MAT First Responder, Lean and 5-S, CAL OSHA Train the Trainer, Safe Quality Foods (SQF), and British Retail Consortium (BRC). I am degreed in mechanical technologies with Standard Technical Institute, and I have attended Los Angeles City College. 

 

I am passionate about cars and motorcycles, and currently enjoy riding my Harley Davidson on a sunny afternoon.  

 

I admire that the students strive to excel in their entrepreneurial journey.  It is very motivating to observe the students' enthusiasm about their education.
