Tiffany Montegue

Hello! My name is Tiffany Montague, and I’m passionate about making a difference in education and organizational performance. As a Performance Management Specialist at Real Journey Academies, I’ve had the opportunity to manage district-wide performance dashboards, help manage the University of Redlands teacher residency program, the CTI induction program, and support substitute teacher operations. I earned my Master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from California Baptist University and my Bachelor’s in Psychology from California State University, Channel Islands. Along the way, I’ve also done freelance consulting, partnering with organizations to help create positive change in the workplace.

 

Outside of work, I love spending quality time with my family, whether it's enjoying a meal together, exploring new places, or simply catching up after a long day. My favorite place to visit is Disneyland, I love being able to immerse myself in the magic that the parks have to offer and creating memories each time I visit. I am also an avid dog mom and love spoiling her with treats, toys, and plenty of belly rubs. 

 

I am inspired daily by the resilience and dedication of the students and staff at Real Journey Academies. My goal is to contribute to the RJA mission by fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. I believe in empowering students to reach their full potential and supporting my colleagues in achieving our shared vision of success.
