Silvia Rodriguez

This marks my inaugural year at REAL Journey Academies and within the Charter World. My previous 16 years of experience in the education sector were spent in a traditional district environment. Prior to entering the education industry, I worked at a law firm for approximately 10 years. At RJA, my responsibilities encompass a wide range of support functions both within and beyond our Educational Support Services Department, collaborating closely with our Superintendent, Assistant Superintendents, and Directors.

 

I take great pride in being the mother of three adult children and the grandmother to three delightful grandchildren, who bring immense joy to my life, alongside my husband of over 30 years.

 

It is both a privilege and an honor to be part of such an exceptional organization, surrounded by many talented educators and students. My goal is to cultivate a supportive atmosphere and culture for both staff and students. I look forward to engaging with all members of our school community throughout this academic year.
